  • Students must attend a state-accredited college or university.
  • Under age 30 years & must be a full time student within 31 days of the effective date of the plan
  • Undergraduate student should be enrolled for at least 9 credit hours
  • Graduate student enroll at least the minimum number of credit hours to maintain full-time student status
  • Spouses and/or dependents are not covered (new born coverage may be possible)
