Plan Details
- Patriot Multi Trip Group insurance offers a policy maximum of US$1,000,000; US$50,000 for travelers of ages 70-75.
- The deductible amount paid by the insurance holder is US$250 per each covered illness.
- No Co-insurance for treatment received outside the U.S. and Canada. The plan pays 90% of the eligible expenses up to US$5000 if PPO network is used or 80% if PPO network is not used, then 100% up to the Policy Maximum.
- Patriot Multi Trip Group Insurance can be bought by US or Non US citizens for overseas trips less than 30 days.
- Patriot Multi Trip Group Insurance is an annual plan for US or non US Citizens that provide coverage for frequent trips of less than 30 days to a group of executives, their spouses and/ or children.
- Patriot Multi Trip Group Insurance is underwritten by Sirius International Insurance Corporation, White Mountains Insurance Group Company.

Eligibility
Patriot Multi Trip Group Insurance program for US Citizens : As a member of the sponsoring organization, you, your spouse and children are eligible for the plan while travelling outside the United States if they
- are under the age of 76
- are covered under an individual or group medical plan, and
- travel outside the United States frequently throughout the year.
Patriot Multi Trip Group Insurance program for non US Citizens : As a member of the sponsoring organization, you, your spouse and children are eligible for the plan while travelling outside your home country if they
- are under the age of 76
- are covered under an individual or group medical plan, and
- travel outside the home country frequently throughout the year.
The period of coverage is for one year from the effective date of the Certificate of Coverage.

Remarks
- PPO Network: Outside the US the plan utilizes the on-line International Provider Access database to assist in locating health care providers. Inside the U.S. the plan members can avail the First Health network (login: img).
- Cancellation: Full refund is available if the cancellation request is received in writing before the start of the plan.
- Maximum Trip Duration: 30 days
Although the Patriot Executive plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods
