Outreach Missionary Group Insurance provides coverage for groups of 5 or more missionaries when they travel abroad. Coverage is not available in the US. A daily rate is applied for each person in the group for duration of the trip. Coverage is available for missionaries up to age 79. Benefit amount is $100,000 for travelers between 70-79 years. The plan is ideally suited for missionaries travelling in a group around the world.

- Outreach Missionary Group Insurance Insurance?« provides a choice of Policy Maximum’s of $100,000,$250,000, and $1,000,000. Benefit amount is $100,000 for travelers between 70-79 years.
- Your choice of US$0, $100, $250. All members of the group have the same deductible.
- Outside the U.S. and Canada:
For the Certificate Period, Outreach Group Travel Medical Insurance?« will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible up to the Overall Maximum Limit.

- If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of up to two years

Eligibility
The following conditions apply to all persons applying for and/or enrolling in Group Outreach Travel Medical insurance:
- Group Outreach Insurance is travel insurance for travellers traveling outside their home country excluding the United States in a group of 5 or more people.
Coverage becomes effective on the latest of:
- the date IMG receives your completed Application Form and the appropriate premium;
- the date you depart from your home country; or
- the date requested on your Application Form.
Coverage will end on the earliest of:
- the end of the period for which premium has been paid;
- the date requested on your Application Form; or
- the date you return to your home country

Remarks
- PPO Network: No network outside the US. Can access online directory to locate a provider.
- Renewal: Renewals are available in whole month or daily increments and may be completed online or by using a paper application, however, renewals of less than one month are available only online. For each renewal of less than one month completed online, you will be charged an additional US$5 processing fee.
- Cancellation: In order to be considered for a full refund, your request for cancellation must be received prior to your effective date. If you do not have any claims filed, you may cancel your plan after your effective date, however you will be charged US$25 cancellation fee and only full month premiums will be considered for refunds. If you have filed claims, your premium is non refundable.
