  • Inbound USA Insurance provides a coverage of US$130,000 per injury or sickness for Age 14 days to Age 69 ; and for ages 70 to Age 99 the maximum is US$70,000 per injury/sickness;
  • $50, $100 or $200 per injury/sickness per person.
  • Outside the U.S. and Canada:
    Inbound USA Insurance is not available for coverage outside the US.
  • In USA:
    For the Certificate Period, Underwriters will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible up to the covered amount for each type of medical expense.
  • You may initially enroll in Inbound USA for as little as 5 days and up to maximum of 12 months.
  • If you initially purchase at least 3 months, you may continue to renew coverage for a minimum of 3 months at a time, at the premium rate in force at the time of renewal. Total period of coverage for Inbound USA cannot exceed 12 months
  • Inbound USA Insurance is underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London.
  • Inbound USA is administered by Seven Corners, Inc. in Carmel, Indiana, USA.

  • Eligibility

    This program is available to non-United States citizens who come to the U.S. for business, pleasure, to study, or to immigrate. The program must become effective within 12 months of arrival in the United States.

    Your coverage will begin on the latest of the following:

    • Your departure from your Home Country; or
    • The date your Application and premium are received by Seven Corners; or
    • The date your Application and premium are accepted by Seven Corners; or
    • The date you request on the Application.

    Your coverage will end on the earlier of the following:

    • The date shown on the Insurance Confirmation Card, for which premium has been paid; or
    • The date you return to your Home Country; or
    • 12 months after your original Effective Date; or
    • The day an insured becomes a U.S. citizen or is considered a U.S. resident by the state where they are residing; or
    • The date of entry into active military service.

    Inbound USA Insurance offers a broad range of benefits including:

    • Hospital Room & Board (including intensive care, supplies, diagnostics etc.)
    • Out patient services (doctor office visits, X-Rays etc.)
    • Emergency Medical Evacuation Expenses
    • Return of Mortal Remains Expenses
    • Common Carrier Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
  • Remarks
    • PPO Network: The plan does not use any PPO network. One can go to any hospital or doctor of choice. Providers (hospitals and doctors) can bill the insurance company directly but it is voluntary because no PPO network arrangements exist.
    • Renewal:There is a $5 admin fee each time you renew. Online renewal system will permit easy renewal of Inbound USA Insurance. Again, the total period of coverage for Inbound USA cannot exceed 12 months.
    • Cancellation: Full refund of premium is possible if written request is received by Seven Corners prior to the Effective Date of Coverage. Cancellations after the Effective Date of Coverage are possible; unearned premium is refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.
