Venbrook Basic is a budget-friendly travel insurance plan that provides essential protection for health and belongings for visitors traveling to the US or a combination of the US and other countries. Available for individuals up to 79 years of age, the plan can be extended from 5 days to a maximum of 364 days. It also offers optional benefits such as Sports Coverage, Adventure Activity Coverage, 24-hour Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Travel Assistance.

  • Venbrook Basic offers $50,000, $100,000, $250,000, $500,000, and $1,000,000 per policy period. 
  • Choice of deductibles are $0, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500, and $5,000. 
  • After deductible, the plan pays 80% up to $10,000, then 100% to the selected Policy Maximum. 
  • Coverage for non-US citizens who reside outside the US. Coverage includes travel outside of Your Home Country to visit the United States or any combination of the United States and other countries worldwide 
  • Extendable from 5 days up to a maximum of 364 days. 
  • The plan is underwritten by Crum and Forster SPC.

  • Eligibility
    • The plan is available for non-US citizens who reside outside the US. 
    • It is available for non-US citizens who travel outside of Your Home Country to visit the US or any combination of the US and other countries worldwide. 
    • Individuals must be 0-79 years of age. 
  • Plan Benefits
    • Coverage for Hospitalization, Surgery, Urgent Care, Prescription Drugs  
    • Coverage for dental treatment for injury and pain to a sound natural tooth is up to $150 maximum per policy period. 
    • $200 additional deductible per visit for Emergency Room Visit. 
    • Coverage for Emergency Eye Exam due to an accident is up to $50 maximum per policy period. 
    • Covers Prescription Drugs up to Policy Maximum of $50,000 per policy period. 
    • $2,500 per policy period for Trip Interruption. 
    • Coverage is extendable from 5 days to 364 days total. 
    • Optional benefits included in the plan. 
  • Remarks
    • PPO Network: Venbrook Basic follows the PHCS PPO Network. 

      Renewal: 5 or more days of coverage must be purchased for plan to be renewable; Total period of coverage cannot exceed 364 days 

      Cancellation: Written request for full cancellation and refund must be submitted prior to or on the Effective Date of the coverage. Any request for cancellation after the Effective Date of the coverage may result in partial cancellation and a refund. The following conditions apply:  

      1. a) if any claims have been filed, the premium is fully earned and non-refundable,
      2. b) if no claims have been filed then a cancellation fee of $25 is charged and only unused days of premiums will be considered refundable.
      3. c) If after a refund is made, it is determined that a claim was submitted, the covered person will be fully responsible for that claim in its entirety.
