  • TravelGap Voyager Insurance provides a Policy Maximum of $50,000, $100,000, $500,000 or $1,000,000 per Insured Person.
  • $0, $100, $250 or $500 per Insured Person per Trip Period.
  • Outside the U.S. and Canada:
    For the Certificate Period, TravelGap Voyager Insurance will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible up to the Overall Maximum Limit.
  • Plan offers Medical expense coverage, Medical evacuation and Repatriation, Accidental Death benefit
  • Coverage for any one trip may not exceed 180 days.
  • Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
  • Claims processed by HTH Worldwide.

  • Eligibility

    An Eligible Participant or an Eligible Dependent must meet all of the following requirements. Must be:

    • a resident of the U.S.
    • under Age 75.
    • Is traveling outside the U.S. and is traveling at least 24 hours away from his/her Home.

    Each Eligible Participant’s and his/her Eligible Dependent’s Period of Insurance starts on the latest of the following:

    • The Plan Effective Date;
    • 12:00:01am on the date or the postmark of the enrollment received by the Insurer;
    • 2:00:01 am on the date designated by the Eligible Participant in the enrollment form, if that date is after the Insurer receives the enrollment form.
    • 12:00:01 am on the date designated by the Group of which the Eligible Participant is a member.

    The Insured Person’s coverage ends without notice from the Insurer on the earlier of:

    • the end of the last period for which premium payment has been made to the Insurer;
    • the date the Plan terminates;
    • the date the Maximum Period of Insurance Benefit of the Plan has been exhausted;
    • the date of fraud or misrepresentation of a material fact by the Insured Participant, except as indicated in the Time Limit on Certain Defenses provision

    TravelGap Voyager Insurance offers a broad range of benefits including:

    • Professional Services of Surgery, anesthesia, radiation therapy, in-hospital doctor visits, diagnostic X-ray and lab Office Visits: including X-rays and lab work billed by the attending physician.
    • Inpatient Hospital Services
    • Ambulatory Surgical Center
    • Ambulance Service (non Medical Evacuation)
    • Benefits for claims resulting from downhill (alpine) skiing and scuba diving
    • Outside the U.S. Outpatient prescription drugs
    • Dental Care required due to an Injury
    • Dental Care for Relief of Pain
    • Accidental Death And Dismemberment
    • Repatriation Of Remains
    • Medical Evacuation
    • Bedside Visit
  • Remarks
    • PPO Network: Insured members can select any hospital or physician of their choice.
    • Renewal: Coverage for any one trip may not exceed 180 days. One time extension, if staying over 180 days.
    • Cancellation: If you are not completely satisfied with the plan, simply return your Certificate of Insurance and your ID Card to HTH within 10 days of receipt and include a letter indicating your desire to cancel. If you have not already left for your trip before the date of your letter, you will receive a full refund.
