Liaison Choice medical insurance offers medical coverage and emergency services to individuals and families traveling outside their Home Country
Liaison Choice medical insurance provides a medical maximum of $50,000; $100,000; $500,000 or $1,000,000 (ages 80+, maximum limited to $15,000)
$0; $100; $250; $500; $1000; $2500 Deductible is per person per Policy Period, maximum of 3 Policy Period deductibles per family. The selected Deductible and Coinsurance amount must be met for your Policy Period, maximum six (6) months.
Plan F: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 80% of eligible expenses to the selected Medical Maximum.
Plan B: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 75% of eligible expenses to the selected Medical Maximum
The minimum period of coverage under Liaison Choice is five (5) days, maximum is six (6) months.
Coverage can be purchased in a combination of monthly and/or daily increments by paying the appropriate plan cost. For continuing coverage, You do not have to pay premium for your entire trip all at once. The minimum Period of Coverage is five (5) days. Prior to the expiration date, Seven Corners will send out a renewal notice to your e-mail address, providing you the opportunity to extend coverage. This can be done as many times as you like up to a maximum Period of Coverage of six (6) months.

Liaison Choice provides coverage for individuals and families (including unmarried dependent children) over 14 days and under 19 years of age) while traveling outside of their Home Country.
