USAway Insurance
USAway is an international major medical plan for people traveling or temporarily residing
outside the United States for Business Assignments or for Pleasure or Educational or religious
Activities. USAway Insurance provides protection to cover the sudden and unexpected effects of an
accident. It also provides Optional coverage for Hazardous Sports or Activity Coverage, War or Act
of War Coverage, Frequent Travelers Option. Cardiac and Cancer Limitations Removal.

After the Deductible is paid, 80% of the next $5,000 of the eligible expenses are paid by Underwriters and then 100% of eligible expense to the maximum benefit.

Eligibility:
People traveling or temporarily residing outside of the United States for Business Assignments or for Pleasure or Educational or religious Activities.
Coverage becomes effective when application is approved and premium is received, coverage begins at 12.01am local time on the date indicated on the application.
Coverage ends at 12.01am local time on the date requested on the application or until the premium is paid.

USAway Insurance offers a broad range of benefits including:
Coverage for hospital expenses, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Care
Ambulance Services Expenses, Prescription Drugs.
Repatriation of Remains.
Common Accident Provision and $25,000 Accidental Death.
Global Medical Transportation: In the event that your checked on luggage is completely and
totally lost, Underwriters shall reimburse you to a maximum of $500, excess of any and all
other valid and collectible coverage.
Trip Cancellation Benefit as described in the Schedule of benefits.
Emergency Return Home: If, after You have departed, You learn of the death of an Immediate
Family Member, or You learn of the substantial destruction of Your home by fire, wind, flood,
or earthquake, Underwriters shall reimburse you the cost of an economy one way air or ground
transportation ticket for You to Your home, up to a maximum of $5,000.
Follow Me Home provides benefits for any injury or illness which occurs while in the USA.
Remarks:
- Renewal:: The policy is non renewable. A new application needs to be submitted for underwriting.
- Cancellation: Premium is fully accrued and non refundable.
