- Trip Interruption - 150% of Trip Cost ($37,500 Limit)

- Accident and Sickness Medical Expense - $ 50,000
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment - $25,000
- Emergency Medical Evacuation / Repatriation - $ 500,000
- Baggage - $1,000

Eligibility:
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The following provisions apply to all coverages:
WHEN YOUR COVERAGE BEGINS
Provided:
(a) coverage has been elected; and
(b) the required premium has been paid,
all coverage (except
Trip Cancellation) will begin at 12:01 A.M. local time, at
Your location, on the Scheduled Departure Date, and
Trip Cancellation coverage will begin on Your Effective
Date.
WHEN YOUR COVERAGE ENDS
Your coverage will end at 11:59 P.M. local time on the
date that is the earliest of the following:
(a) the Scheduled Return Date as stated on Your Confi rmation of Coverage;
(b) the date You return to Your origination point if prior to the Scheduled Return Date;
(c) the date You leave or change Your Covered Trip (unless due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances covered by the Policy);
(d) if You extend the return date, Your coverage will terminate at 11:59 P.M., local time, at Your location on the Scheduled Return Date;
(e) the date You cancel the Covered Trip;
(f) any Covered Trip that exceeds thirty (30) days.
Plan Benefits:
Travelex Travel Max Insurance offers a broad range of benefits including:
- Purchase the plan within 21 days of initial trip deposit and pre-exsisting medical conditions are eligible for coverage
- Trip Interruption of up to 150% of your trip cost
- $500,000 Emergency Medical Evacuation/Repatriation
- Baggage coverage up to $1,000
- Primary Coverage. You will always file claims first with Travelex - without deductibles.
Remarks:
- PPO Network: Travel Assistance services can help you locate physician worldwide 24/7
- Renewal: A new application is needed for subsequent trips.
- Cancellation: If you are not completely satisfied within 10 days of purchasing this protection plan, Travelex will refund your plan cost, as long as you have not departed on your trip or filed a claim.
