Travelex Travel Plus Insurance is a comprehensive travel protection plan with emergency medical coverage and 24 hour emergency assistance.

Travelex Travel Plus Insurance provides Policy Maximum limits as follows:
- Trip Cancellation - 100% of insured Trip Cost ($75,000 limit per person)
- Trip Interruption - 150% of Trip Cost ($112,500 limit per person)
- Trip Delay / Missed Connection - $1,000
- Itinerary Change - $250
- Emergency Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses - $75,000
- Emergency Medical Evacuation / Repatriation - $2 million
- Baggage - $2,500
- Baggage Delay - $600
- 24-Hour AD&D - $25,000
- Common Carrier AD&D - $100,000

Plan can be purchased for $0 Trip Cost if you do not need Trip cancellation and Trip Interruption benefit. All Events Upgrade- 95% of insured Trip Cost;

Eligibility:
You must be a United States resident to purchase a protection plan.
"Effective Date" is:
a) If Trip Cancellation/Interruption Protection is purchased - 12:01 a.m. following:
- the Postmark of your enrollment form;
- the date you phone in the enrollment;
- the date your enrollment form is received by facsimile or
- the date you submit the enrollment via the Internet, provided that in all cases the proper plan cost has been paid.
b) If no Trip Cancellation/Interruption Protection is purchased - 12:01 a.m. on your trip Scheduled Departure Date or 12:01 a.m. following:
- the Postmark of your enrollment form;
- the date you phone in the enrollment;
- the date your enrollment form is received by facsimile or
- the date you submit the enrollment via the Internet, whichever is later, provided that in all cases the proper plan cost has been paid.
Plan Benefits:
Travelex Travel Plus Insurance offers a broad range of benefits including:
- Pre-existing medical conditions are covered when you enroll within 21 days of your initial trip deposit (certain exclusions apply, see below)
- Trip Interruption of up to 150% of your trip cost
- $500,000 Medical Expense and Evacuation/Repatriation
- Baggage coverage up to $2,500
- Primary Coverage. You will always file claims first with Travelex - without deductibles.
Remarks:
- PPO Network: Travel Assistance services can help you locate physician worldwide 24/7
- Renewal: A new application is needed for subsequent trips.
- Cancellation: If you are not completely satisfied within 10 days of purchasing this protection plan, Travelex will refund your plan cost, as long as you have not departed on your trip or filed a claim.
