Travel Insurance Select® is a travel insurance plan that can protect your travel investment, help you avoid costly travel medical expenses, protect your baggage 24/7 and give you access to 24-hour, multilingual, worldwide emergency assistance. The plan offers coverage for Trip cancellation and trip interruption.

For the Certificate Period, Travel Insurance Select® will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses up to the Overall Maximum Limit except for the cancel for any reason benefit which pays 75%.

For the Certificate Period, Travel Insurance Select® will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses up to the Overall Maximum Limit except for the cancel for any reason benefit which pays 75%.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for additional benefits covering Pre-Existing Conditions, Financial Insolvency, Terrorists Acts, and Cancel for Any Reason Optional Benefit, your enrollment form and premium payment must be received (or, if mailed, postmarked) within 15 days of the date your initial Trip deposit is received.
The Travel Insurance Select® Trip Cancellation benefit begins to protect you the day after your enrollment is postmarked, or the day after your transaction is completed on the Web.
Coverage will end on the earliest of: The day you return to your home, date you indicate on your application and paid premium, 90 days from start of coverage.

Remarks:
- PPO Network: Collect call access to MEDEX International's assistance services is available 24/7. Referrals to local physicians and facilities are available through MEDEX.
- Renewal: The plan is available for a maximum of 90 days.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your coverage prior to departure, you'll receive a pro-rata premium refund based upon how long your coverage has been in effect. A $20 refund processing fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. Your written request must be received by USI Travel Insurance Services prior to your scheduled departure date.
