I just wanted to let you know that I purchased insurance coverage for my mother who is visiting from India (in the 75+ age group) from you.

You were very helpful with all the questions and spent over half hour with me on the phone going over the various plans. During our second round of discussions I was provided an insurance solution that offered the most protection for my money. As you demonstrated and offered the most suitable solution I decided on using you for this round of my mother's insurance.

I have used one of the plans offered by you twice earlier. The insurance company has been very fair in the claims payment and reachable and efficient on processing claims - I highly recommend them.
