Patriot Executive Group Insurance
This plan is ideal for an organization wanting to insure a group of employees who travel overseas frequently on short trips (less than 30 days). The plan provides coverage for members of the organization along with their spouse and/or children travelling together for a period of 1 year outside their home country. Executives under the age of 76 who are covered under an individual or group medical plan in their home country are eligible for this plan.

Patriot Executive Group insurance offers a policy maximum of US$1,000,000; US$50,000 for travelers of ages 70-75.

The deductible amount paid by the insurance holder is US$250 per each covered illness . |
| Co-insurance |
No Co-insurance for treatment received outside the U.S. and Canada . The plan pays 90% of the eligible expenses up to US$5000 if PPO network is used or 80% if PPO network is not used, then 100% up to the Policy Maximum. |

Eligibility:
Patriot Executive Group Insurance program for US Citizens : As a member of the sponsoring organization, you, your spouse and children are eligible for the plan while travelling outside the United States if they
- are under the age of 76
- are covered under an individual or group medical plan, and
- travel outside the United States frequently throughout the year.
Patriot Executive Group Insurance program for non US Citizens : As a member of the sponsoring organization, you, your spouse and children are eligible for the plan while travelling outside your home country if they
- are under the age of 76
- are covered under an individual or group medical plan, and
- travel outside the home country frequently throughout the year.
The period of coverage is for one year from the effective date of the Certificate of Coverage.
