Secure Short Term Medical Insurance, better
known as Secure Short Term Insurance provides medical
coverage for individuals and their families for a
certain period of time. The medical insurance has
within its purview inpatient and outpatient care,
regular medical checkups and surgeries. The highlight
of this secure short term insurance is that it is
available for a short duration ranging from a month,
six months or a year.

of $ 2 million. |
| Deductible
|
$ 250. $500, $ 1,000 or $ 2500 as
per the secure short term medical insurance
agreement; maximum of 3 deductibles per family.

After the chosen deductible of
$ 250. $500, $ 1,000 or $ 2500 is satisfied,
Secure Short Term Medical Insurance pays 50%
or 80 % of the covered expenses up to a maximum
of $ 5000.

|
Secure Short Tem Medical Insurance
can be renewed after one term is over subject
to state availability of the insurance, eligibility
and underwriting requirements. However, the
next term of coverage is not continuous. |

Secure Short Term Insurance claims
are administered by Health Plan Administrators

Eligibility:
Secure Short Term Medical Insurance offers
coverage of maximum $2 million within a stipulate
coverage period.
In order to be eligible for a secure short term medical
insurance, the insured and his/her spouse should be
less than 65 years of age. Their dependant kids should
be aged below 19 years (or under age 25 if a full
time student). Children above the age of 19 years
need to put forward a separate application.
Your coverage will begin as early as the day following
the U.S. postmark stamp on your envelope. You can
request a later effective date, but no more than 60
days after the application date. All coverage is subject
to approval of your application and payment of the
first premium.

Remarks:
The secure short term medical insurance, however,
does not cover certain medical examinations and treatments.
The exclusions are subject to vary from one state
to another. The following is a partial list of services
or charges not covered:
Cosmetic surgery, treatment for acne, hair loss
or varicose veins

Alcohol or drug dependency and
disorders

Transplant services to the transplant
donor

Eye exams, eyeglasses, hearing
aids and surgery
