Mission Plus Group Insurance
Mission Plus International Group Insurance offers long term worldwide coverage for mission groups with 2 or more members. The plan is designed especially for mission groups offering year round comprehensive coverage both abroad and in the US during furloughs and deputations. The Mission Plus Group plan offers $1 million or $5 million life time benefit per insured member. Coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient benefits. Ideal choice of health insurance for a group of two or more International Missionaries, International Christian Schools, and Church sponsored missionaries.
| Policy Maximum |
Mission Plus International Group Insurance® provides a Policy Maximum's of $1,000,000 per lifetime for each member. Coverage maybe increased up to $5 million. |
| Deductible |
Your choice of US $100, $250, $500, $1000, $2500, $5000. All members of the group have the same deductible. Deductibles are per person per calendar year with a maximum of 2 deductibles per family per year. |
| Co-insurance |
- Outside the U.S. and Canada:
For the Certificate Period, Mission Plus International Group Travel Medical Insurance® will pay 100% of eligible expenses after the deductible up to the overall maximum limit.
- In USA and Canada:
For the certificate period, Mission Plus International Group Travel Medical Insurance® will pay 80% of eligible expenses up to $5000 then 100% up to policy maximum.

Eligibility:
The following conditions apply to all persons applying for and/or enrolling in Mission Plus International Group Medical insurance:
- Mission Plus Group is long term health insurance for 2 or more missionaries traveling worldwide. Under certain circumstances they are also covered in their country of citizenship.
Coverage becomes effective on the latest of:
- the date IMG receives your completed Application Form and the appropriate premium;
- the date you depart from your home country; or
- the date requested on your Application Form.
Coverage will end on the earliest of:
- the end of the period for which premium has been paid;
- the date requested on your Application Form; or
- the date you return to your home country

Remarks:
- PPO Network: No network outside the US. Can access online international providers’ directory to locate a provider. Within the US, the plan follows the First Health Network.
- Renewal: Renewals are available in whole month or daily increments and may be completed online or by using a paper application, however, renewals of less than one month are available only online. For each renewal of less than one month completed online, you will be charged an additional US$5 processing fee.
- Cancellation: In order to be considered for a full refund, your request for cancellation must be received prior to your effective date. If you do not have any claims filed, you may cancel your plan after your effective date, however you will be charged US$25 cancellation fee and only full month premiums will be considered for refunds. If you have filed claims, your premium is non refundable.
