Initial enrollment
into Inbound Immigrant can be between 1 and
12 months. If initially purchased for at least
3 months, it can be renewed for a minimum
3 months at a time, at the premium rate in
force at the time of renewal. Total period
of coverage for Inbound Immigrant cannot exceed
60 months and the product cannot be rewritten. |

be purchased for a minimum of 1 month to a
maximum of 12 months at any given time renewable
up to 60 months. |

Eligibility:
This program is available to non-United
States citizens who come to the U.S. for business,
pleasure, to study, or to immigrate. The program must
become effective within 24 months of arrival in the
United States.
Plan Benefits:
Inbound Immigrant Insurance offers a broad range of
benefits including:
- Hospitalization, surgery, medical diagnostic expenses
(as per the schedule of benefits)
- Out-patient doctor office expenses (as per the
schedule of benefits)
- Prescription Drugs (as per the schedule of benefits)
- Emergency Evacuation (up to $10,000)
- Return of Mortal Remains or Repatriation (up to
$7,500)
- Political Evacuation (up to $10,000)
- Common Carrier Accidental Death & Dismemberment
(up to $25,000 principal sum)
Remarks:

PPO Network:
Inbound Immigrant Insurance does not follow any
PPO network. You can go to any doctor or hospital.

Renewal:
If you initially purchase at least 3 months, you
may continue to renew coverage for a minimum 3 months
at a time, at the premium rate in force at the time
of renewal. Total period of coverage for Inbound Immigrant
cannot exceed 60 months and the product cannot be
rewritten.

Cancellation:
A Refund of premium shall be considered only if
written request is received prior to the Effective
Date of Coverage. After the Effective Date of Coverage,
the premium is considered fully earned and non-refundable.
