Flight Guard ® Insurance is a Travel
Guard flight insurance policy that covers a traveler
while he or she is flying on a commercial flight.
The coverage provided covers the insured in case
of accident when boarding, traveling on and leaving
the airplane.

| Co-insurance |
Travel Guard flight insurance
covers 100% benefit for loss of life, both
limbs, sight in both eyes, or loss of one
limb and sight from one eye. 50% benefit is
paid for loss of one limb or sight in one
eye.

| Claims Administrator

Claims of Flight Guard ®
Insurance are administered by Travel Guard. |
Eligibility:
Travelers who enroll, accept and purchase coverage through the Travel Supplier.
Effective Date: After any required Enrollment Form is completed, all coverages
will begin on the later of:(a) the date and time the Insured starts his/her Trip,
provided any required plan cost has been paid.
Termination Date: All coverage
ends on the earlier of: (a) the date the Trip is completed;
(b) the scheduled Return Date; (c) the Insured’s
arrival at the Return Destination on a round Trip,
or the Destination on a one-way Trip.
Plan Benefits:
- The benefits are effective only when the insured
person meets with an accident while traveling, boarding
or leaving a flight regulated by a recognized aircraft
company operating commercially by a certified pilot.
- Travel Guard Flight insurance covers full or
partial handicap which includes loss of limbs and
eye sight.
- Insurance will pay the same benefit for death
in the accident, loss of both the hands, feet, vision
and loss of one hand, foot and sight of one eye
if the cause is same accident. Else, half of the
amount will be paid for loss of one limb or eye.
Loss of one hand or leg means severed from wrist
and ankle.
Remarks:
- A beneficiary may be listed during enrollment.
Only passengers on a regularly scheduled airline
or charter and operated by a properly certified
pilot are covered by Flight Guard ® Insurance.
Private planes are excluded.
- Cancellation: Refund of premium
is possible if a written request is submitted to
Travel Guard within 15 days of the receipt of
your coverage, providing it is not past the original
departure date.
