Group Exchange Program gives peace of mind to participants
and group organizers alike. Three flexible plans can
be tailored to your unique circumstances to provide
affordable medical coverage where and when you need
it.
| Policy Maximum
|
Patriot Group Exchange
Insurance provides a Policy Maximum of US$1,000,000
for the long term annual plan; US$500,000 for
the Standard and Basic Short Term Travel Plans |
| Deductible
|
$250 for an emergency illness without
inpatient admission; $100 for inpatient, and
$40 for outpatient (under the Long Term Annual
Plan) per illness |
| Co-insurance |
While enrollee is in Host Country,
underwriters will pay 100% of Eligible Expenses
after the Deductible up to the Per-Illness
or Lifetime Maximum Limit

Eligibility:
-
Open only to group
members actively engaged or participating in an
educational or cultural exchange program in the
country of assignment through a sponsoring organization
or school.

The group member
and his/her traveling dependents must have legally
departed the Home Country and entered the Host Country
and must not be a citizen of the Host Country.

or hospital and Emergency Reunion coverage for family
members;

Remarks:
- PPO Network: Outside the US the
plan does not follow a network. You can utilize
the International Provider Access for assistance
in locating a health care provider. Inside the US,
the Patriot Exchange Insurance provider network
is First
Health Network.
- Renewal: The Long-Term Annual
Plan can be renewed annually. The Basic and Standard
Short Term Plans can be renewed (without a break
in coverage) for up to a total of 24 months, if
the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months.
